Thank you for reading over our salon rules 2026!
These guidelines exist to protect the experience, timing, and quality of service for every client.

• First things first come in with a smile! You are beautiful, and this isn’t just a hair appointment it’s an experience.
• Clients are allowed to book up to eight weeks in advance ONLY
• Be sure to wait in lobby until exact appointment time.

• Be courteous to others in the salon clean after yourself.

• Don’t schedule anything close to your hair appointment. Your appointment is exclusive for you and I won’t have any interruptions with other clients doing your VIP appointments. All scheduling is strictly done specifically for one person at a time .

Late fees

• No refunds

• Need to reschedule? No additional charge 24 hours prior to appointment. ONLY 1 reschedule allowed per appt.

• same day cancellation double deposit required to book again./ reschedule

• Running late send a text

• After 15 minutes behind you’ll be charged an additional $15
• After 20 minutes appointment will be canceled.

Don’t know anything about lace, but you would love to try a lace install? Here are just a few tips :

• Always look for HD or HD transparent lace

• The better the quality, the better the results!! I cannot stress this enough.

•Frontal wig should be at least 200%+ density for fullness

•13x6 is ear to ear with plenty of parting space but Is much more to maintain.

•13x4 is shorter in width only covering the front line of your hair with shorter parting space. (Frontal)

• If you are someone that wants a Glueless unit to take on and off daily you may want to consider a closure unit smaller lace to maintenance for a seamless look. 2x6 closure being the smallest lace, feel free to search a picture or refer to our IG for videos With closure vs frontal.

Monday Precision Appointments

Mondays in the salon are intentionally quiet and low-traffic, allowing for a more focused, uninterrupted experience.

I offer a very limited number of Monday appointments for clients who prefer a calm environment and precision-based service.

• Maximum of two clients per Monday

• Designated appointment times only

• No overbooking or rushing

• Ideal for installs, maintenance, and detailed work

A $50 Monday Precision Fee applies to all Monday appointments.

Monday availability is limited and subject to capacity.

If you want strong, healthy hair, it's important to take time out to schedule your monthly appointments and have a hair care routine so that we can start to see results.

I’m all for getting the girls together for a beautiful style, especially for special occasions. But what about the overall health of your hair on a daily basis? What do you implement into your routine to make sure that your hair is properly growing.
I have come up with a personalized regiment for your hair care routine while treating it in between protective styles. Be sure to always book your maintenance appointment so I can check the overall health of your hair. This will become so important in different moments of your life the stages we all experience will eventually have to be addressed.
• each client‘s first appointment will consist of a hair consultation.

• I am a licensed hairstylist for eight years. I do perform chemical services, and I do act under the guidelines of TDLR. I do have the right to refuse service to anyone.
• I value both me and my clients time do not waste mine and I will not waste yours.

Founded by licensed cosmetologist Imani LaMonica, the brand exists to elevate both the client experience and the stylist’s execution.

“ICEE” was a name I grew into during a season of becoming. After moving to Texas, away from family and familiarity, it became a form of protection — a way to move through the world quietly, independently, and observantly while I built my confidence, my craft, and my identity. What began as armor eventually became clarity.

Pure ICEE Beauty represents the integration of that chapter with who I have always been at my core.

I am a licensed beauty professional and educator with nearly a decade of experience, known for clean work, intentional technique, and standards that don’t bend for trends. Every service, product, and space I create is rooted in professionalism, trust, and attention to detail.

My lace adhesive, installs, and client experience are designed for real life — long wear, clean finishes, and confidence that lasts beyond the chair. What you see is not performance; it’s practice.

Today, I proudly stand as Imani at Pure ICEE Beauty — grounded, skilled, and fully present. This brand is not about becoming someone else. It’s about honoring every version that led me here.
